• Your order is an offer to purchase Products from us. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including for stock or pricing errors.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and, where applicable, include GST.
• Payment methods: card payments only.
• Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review it and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within Singapore and may offer international shipping to selected locations as listed at checkout.
• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection (where applicable).

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before initiating a return. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within the time frame stated in that policy.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.
